Hi folks,
My name is Sid Kaplan and now that I am in my sixth decade I got to thinking about how to reinvent myself and become part of the “global village”.
I have decided to take a journey through the world of Internet Marketing with a view toward “mastering” the medium while at the same time sharing my adventures and experiences, my failures and successes in the hope that not only will I learn, but perhaps I will be able to pay it forward for others trying to do the same.
Along the way I also hope to publically thank a lot of people who have been patient enough, persistent enough and caring enough to help me figure some of this out. And I will talk about the importance of mentors and other motivators that keep you going when you want to shout “I just can’t grasp this”!
The real question is - can someone in their sixth decade do this… Well stay tuned and see if I can! 
And while I am telling you what I am doing, I want to mix in a lot of my personal philosophies not the least of which are about appreciation, gratitude and the Law of Attraction. So I’ll be weaving in whatever seems to be working for me at the time!
Approaching 60, I suppose I could really drop in a long resume here but most recently (3 years ago) I moved to California from my native Canada where I owned and operated a cruise travel agency. I attempted my first website about four years ago knowing absolutely nothing about the process. And maybe still don’t…

The product of choice for me then was Site Build It which made life a lot easier by smoothing the learning curve and getting it up and running without any HTML knowledge.
But, I never took any of it to the next level. I did not pursue learning any more than I had to to maintain the site. Selling cruises was (is) my passion however over the last year or so I have become fascinated with the Internet and it’s potential.
During this journey, I had the great good fortune to meet and work with Michalis Kotzakolios, founder of Incansoft. Mike has been very influential in my internet venture and I am very excited to be able to partner with Incansoft and promote their exceptional products and outstanding service. The folks at Incansoft make it a mission to underpromise and over deliver and when it comes to customer service, I think they are absolutely first class!
So, with the tutoring of the Incansoft folks and a lot of trial and error I now have a number of websites up and am deriving income from multiple on line sources which has always been a dream. Again I intend to help others the way I have been helped so you will see my name around the forums.
